Manage the project contracts administration team.RESPONSIBILITIESContribute to production of the documents that govern the project deliveryEnsure that plans are in line with project, business and legislative requirementsCoordinate with the Project Manager to ensure the project contracts administration team is adequately resourced with personnel of appropriate competency to deliver the project plansCoordinate with the Project Manager to define the specific roles and responsibilities for the CA teamCompile and review accurate scopes of work for subcontractsEnsure that all relevant project plans and requirements are included in subcontractor scopes of work and contractsReview and approve subcontractor plans for compliance with project plans and specificationsAdminister the project management, change, and control processes in compliance with the project plans, contractual and legal conditions, time bars, and administrative timeframesEnsure the proper and accurate use of Jobpac in administering the projectIdentify, assess and make detailed recommendations on any changes to approved project delivery plansABOUT YOUMinimum of 5 – 7 years' experience in the role of a Contract Administrator successfully delivering projects in the commercial sector in SydneyAbility to problem-solve and respond appropriately to a range of project requirementsOutstanding verbal & written communication skills, coupled with stakeholder management skillsExperience using Jobpac, Acconex and Payapps
