About the Role With our business growing, we're on the lookout for a motivated professional to join our team on the east coast.
We have a packed schedule of exciting projects, and we need someone who can take the reins on project budgets, manage subcontracts, and keep our commercial interests protected.
You'll be diving into tasks like reviewing subcontractor progress claims, maintaining meticulous project records, and making sure everything under the Head Contract runs smoothly.
This role is a stepping stone to something bigger.

About You We're looking for someone with: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a senior capacity within civil and engineering construction.
Strong project budget management skills, including subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and maximising profit margins.
Proven ability to work with project teams, take direction, and provide informed feedback to Project and Commercial Managers.
Experience in contract variations, claims management, and administering Head Contracts.
Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or equivalent is preferred.
Recent hands-on experience in a construction environment, with a focus on accurate documentation and insurance compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
