We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Energy Solutions team in Brisbane CBD office on a Permanent Full Time basis.
We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
Reporting to the Manager Commercial Contracting, you will be driving negotiation and execution of commercial contracts for new capital works projects.
Key Responsibilities Negotiate contract terms for new capital works with private and public sector customers Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements Manage commercial contract approvals, drafting, and reviews while supporting contract management activities, including disputes and credit assessments Maintain systems for tracking commercial opportunities, contracts, and customer engagements Support the integration of new capital works projects into APA's processes, systems, and ways of working Your background Tertiary qualification and/or relevant work experience in related discipline Significant knowledge and experience managing a broad range of customer and contracting activities in pursuit of growth and profitability Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively across organisation Working at APA At APA we're committed to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace where you can achieve your best.
