Senior Contracts Administrator - Commercial Projects Up To $30 milBusy and highly respected Tier 3 builder are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team working from the head office which is centrally located.The company who are well established and have been around for over 10 years specialise in government, fit out and refurb and commercial projects up to $30 mil. They are highly respected in what they do and due to continuous project wins are looking to add another Contracts Administrator to the team.Responsibilities:Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and prepare cash flow statementsProvide input for financial reports to the Management TeamEnsure site supervisory staff are aware of the project's scope of works and inclusions in tender packagesPreparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works, comparative tender analysis and recommendations.Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultantsLiaise with client regarding progress claims to Head ContractTo be considered for this role you will have:Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similarSolid local experience working as a Contracts AdministratorPrevious proven experience completing multiple projects start to finishUnderstanding of Australian commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contractsMust have worked within the new build construction marketMust know how to write a scope of worksA working knowledge of major building tradesStrong negotiation and influencing skillsBenefits of the role:A strong pipeline of current and future workFlat senior management structure - work closely with very senior and highly respected industry leadersCompetitive salaryFriendly and family orientated work place cultureCareer progression opportunitiesSupportive team environmentIf you feel this is the job for you please get in touch with Gaby Scott: 0466901687 / ******
