Senior Contract Administrator

Senior Contracts Administrator required for a $100M+ Government project. Great opportunity for you to gain exposure to a leading Tier 2 Builder whose name is renowned in the industry for being one of the best.
Our client is one of Australia's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, education, health and government projects up to $350M+, and a strong pipeline of upcoming work over the coming years.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Contracts Administrator will include:
Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
Progress claim assistance and external variations
Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts
Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
To be considered for the role of Senior Contracts Administrator you will require:
Senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects
Aspiring contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects
Industry relevant degree qualification
Confident & collaborative communicator
Self-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.
