Senior Contracts Administrator required for a $100M+ Government project.

Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiation and finalization of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsMinimum Requirements

Senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projectsAspiring contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projectsIndustry relevant degree qualificationConfident & collaborative communicatorSelf-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.Process and system appreciativeFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact
