Senior Contract AdministratorAbout the role: As a Senior Contract Administrator with Lendlease, you will be based on site and work closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project team.
You will be across either a complex Commercial or Healthcare project.
You will take ownership of procurement of major trade subcontracts, take ownership of your allocated subcontracts and their administration, assess variations and claims, undertake profit, budget, forecasting analysis and financial control reporting and regular client interfacing.
