The Opportunity
You will be responsible for providing high quality support services in construction claims, litigation support, commercial or contractual advisory services to HKA and its clients. You will be part of our quantum assessment and contract management team. You will be accountable for leading and delivering a commission ensuring commercial and quality outcomes, whilst strengthening client relationships.
You will actively contribute to business development initiatives and will contribute as required to bid and proposal development. You will also be expected to act as a Brand Ambassador when interacting with clients, attending professional networking events and using social media and publishing articles.
As a result of the continued success of our business, we are looking to welcome an experienced quantum professional to our experienced team and are open to you being based in either Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne.
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
Strong construction industry experience in cost, quantum, expert, and claims assessment matters.
Must possess extensive experience working on claims, claims management, and cost analysis. Preferably experience working on international projects (including APAC and Middle East).
Demonstrable experience in using quantum analysis principles and in prolongation, disruption, and general costs claims as part of claims submission process.
Whilst being a team player, you must also demonstrate an ability to lead delivery initiatives and manage clients in the course of undertaking commissions.
Demonstrable experience in working independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or related fields.
