Skills /Competencies Essential Experience as PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS consultants role in recent past. Experience in Public Sector / Human Resources domain. Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft ERP as functional consultant Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Well versed with Agile ways of working Should be an Australian Citizen having baseline clearance Extensive experience in developing test plan and test scripts Extensive experience in developing project plan, identifying resource requirement, define timelines, track completion and reporting status to project sponsors and key stakeholders Expertise in Designing, Development, Implementation, Customization, Maintenance, Interfacing/ Reporting, Data Conversion, Testing and Post-production migration support Expertise in PeopleSoft application development using People Tools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Approval workflow engine (AWE), Workflows and XML/BI publisher. Strong working knowledge in RDBMS (SQL, PL/SQL). Programming proficiency in PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine and Application Packages. Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent educational qualification / Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline At least 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft ERP consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks with an emphasis on PeopleSoft technologies. Experience working on a minimum of 2 PeopleSoft HCM implementation/upgrade/support projects. Preferred Stakeholder management, collaboration and leadership qualities. Experience in preparing business case for large initiatives. Experience in pre-sales and proposal activities Experience in working on PeopleSoft HCM 8.9, 9.0, 9.1 and 9.2 application releases. Exposure to PeopleSoft related technologies such as Application Engine, Application Packages, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface and SQR. Experience/knowledge on PeopleSoft HCM modules Workforce Administration and Self Services At least 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft ERP consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks with an emphasis on PeopleSoft technologies. Additional Skills Excellent customer interfacing skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with end to end functional testing activities. Assertive and effective communication skills.
