Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join our People & Change team in Sydney. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work across a number of different opportunities and projects; utilising your knowledge and experience to provide strategic advice and support.

Our experienced team of People & Change Advisors work with organisations to provide solutions and advice that hit the core of any organisation - People. We provide support and guidance on Business Transformation, Change Management, Organisational Design, Workforce Planning, Cultural Transformation, Corporate Affairs, Stakeholder Engagement, Leadership Capability Development, HR Optimisation and Workplace Relations.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:2 - 3 years consulting experience, or other external client-facing experience (all industries)
Experience working across transformational change projects which include managing various stakeholders and subcontractors ensuring a clear alignment of reform activities and deliverable outcomes
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills including facilitation experience
Organisational design experience
Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent problem solving ability
Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in strong, collaborative team environments.
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are highly advantageous
