What will your typical day look like?
Our Agile specialists within Human Capital are a team passionate about working with our clients to increase the speed and effectiveness with which they learn, create insights, and respond to achieve desired outcomes for their customers, people, and organisation.
We work together to organise our clients' people and define their processes to enable high performing teams and speed to value.
We help our clients be adaptable; building a strong/stable core, while introducing "an adaptable edge" that drives experimentation and new ways of working.
Over time, the edge inspires the core.
We work with our clients on a range of Agile activities including: Leadership coaching: The leadership team needs to be the first team to adopt and role model new behaviours to embed intent based leadership and psychological safety into the working culture.
Monitoring the change: Assessing agility by focusing on principles, practices, metrics, roles and team structure, tools, and training.
Advising on the change: Rapidly forming a view of our client's current state, sharing insights, and building a tailored roadmap of interventions to accelerate our client's agility journey.
Enabling the change: Applying Agile Change Management techniques to enable adoption of agile ways of working, which may include setting up and running an Agile Centre of Excellence or Chapters.
Coaching the change: Providing team level coaching on agile practices and quality oversight for team deliverables; looking for cultural and mindset nuances that impede agility and working with the Centre of Enablement to address this through training or other experiments and interventions.
Data driven support: Measure the outcomes of our client's agility journey to identify improvement areas.
As a Senior Consultant within our Human Capital team, you will use a combination of our global network and methodologies, advanced analytical tools and other technologies as part of carrying out Agile activities.

We are looking for experienced Agile practitioners with relevant experience.
You will be willing to learn, love getting stuck into a complex problem, be empathetic and have great people skills.
We are looking for diverse skill sets that include many, or all, of the following: Experience identifying, quantifying and supporting delivery of the financial and non-financial benefits of Agile Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, including a deep understanding of agile principles, mindset, and transformation Experience assessing organisations using analytical tools and techniques Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with experience translating strategic goals into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Experience in coaching and managing individuals or a small team Experience designing, developing and implementing an agile team structure Strong data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving skills Proven quality assurance and attention to detail Qualifications in Agile frameworks e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Why Deloitte?
