What's in it for you? This role forms a key part of our growing AI-enabled automation team, based in Sydney. As a Senior Consultant in the team, you will work on a diverse range of different deliveries in the automation and AI space, to bring lasting value to our clients. You will be working in a truly collaborative team which understands that AI and automation is more than just one tool set or idea, and you will deliver sophisticated design, innovative solutions and high-quality standards to support our vision of building a better working world for our clients. This work will involve leveraging leading low-code, no-code platforms and embedding of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into our client solutions.
What we're looking for Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience in supporting delivery of AI-enabled automation projects within complex environments. Expertise in solution design and working in either waterfall or agile environments. Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements and process flows into solutions that can be implemented. Contribute to AI-enabled automation strategy and opportunity assessments Be able to work in a team environment, communicate with confidence and be comfortable having complex conversations with clients. A passion for innovation and challenging the status quo. Work effectively in a continuous integration, deployment, and delivery environment. A passion for improving business processes and outcomes. The ability to present solutions to clients, explaining technical details as well as conveying high-level business value. Australian citizenship will enable you to obtain baseline security clearance which will expand the number of clients you will be able to work for. Preferred experiences include:
Delivery of continuous improvement initiatives coupling improvements in process design, underlying datasets, technologies utilized and ways of working. Experience in automation implementation/automation management including leading low-code / no-code platforms such as the Power Platform, UiPath and SS&C Blue Prism. Experience and understanding of a range of emerging technologies e.g. process intelligence toolsets, integration toolsets, Python, C#, Visual Basic or low code process configuration and design. Other relevant certifications include Microsoft suite, ABBYY, Service Now, etc. Ideally, you will also have:
A detailed understanding of automation infrastructure for scaled technology deployment (SQL server configuration, virtual machine setup, networking, etc). Strong ambition to establish yourself as a leader in an organisation that will enable and support your development. The ability to consistently utilize design thinking in your work. Exposure to machine learning capabilities including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform.
