Senior Computer Systems Officer - ICT Support ServicesEducation (Organisation site)Information and Technologies Branch - People, Information and Communication Services DivisionJoin the Department of Education with a new exciting permanent opportunity available as Senior Computer Systems Officer in the ICT Support Services team! This role aligns with the IT Service Management (ITSM) team within the ICT Support Services Directorate. The team is responsible for enhancing IT service delivery through effective management of key ITSM processes, including Problem Management, Service Catalogue Management, and Major Incident Management.The Department of Education is dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the community and schools we support by treating everyone with respect and dignity. Prepare and present reports on trends and resolutions.Document and maintain our Service Catalogue processes, policies, and updates.Assist the ICT Incident Manager in coordinating the response to major incidents, ensuring swift resolution and communication to stakeholders.Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate and analyse reports to track service performance and identify areas for improvement.
