You will use a variety of channels (including SharePoint intranet, Vision6 and Teams events) to help build a positive culture and support staff to deliver exceptional service to communities across Queensland.

Key Accountabilities & DutiesContribute to the development and achievement of the department's internal communication strategy.As part of a team, develop and implement communication plans for the delivery of internal communication initiatives.Support the delivery of key internal communication tactics including (but not limited to) development and publishing of intranet copy and features, distribution of e-newsletters, Virtual Town Halls, MS Forms surveys and other channels.Provide advice and support for internal events.Support other teams to reframe communication messages for internal purposes.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with departmental staff and colleagues across the business.

About YouThere are no mandatory requirements for this role; however, a relevant qualification and experience in the use of the SharePoint intranet platform, Vision 6 and MS Forms or similar would be highly regarded.
Ideally you will have experience in these or similar platforms, or the demonstrated ability to quickly acquire it.You'll also demonstrate strong attention to detail, as you'll be expected to proof intranet content submitted by the business, manage events spreadsheets.If you're also a photo ninja on your phone, that's a plus, as we use images of staff to drive much of our engagement.This is a unique opportunity to use your full skill set, your talents and your attention to detail to contribute to a high-performing team.We pride ourselves on best practice and innovation in the internal/corporate comms space, and we're looking for likeminded colleagues to join our team.Travel away from the centre may be required.
This may involve occasional travel outside of normal office hours and/or overnight accommodation for extended periods.
