About the Role:
We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager with a strong contracting background, and proven experience in contract and commercial management on large complex projects.
The role will include leading teams and implementing commercial strategy and governance in accordance with company policies through all stages of a project's life cycle, with an initial emphasis on the preparation, submission, and negotiation of final accounts.
Your Background:
Over 15 years' experience within the commercial construction industry.
Understanding of and experience on D&C projects.
Strong contracting background, ideally including major commercial and healthcare projects.
Experience preparing, submitting, negotiating, and agreeing complex final accounts, including claims for extensions of time.
Expertise in procurement and supply chain/Subcontractor management.
Familiarity with Tier 1 Contractor processes and procedures.
Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
