About the Role You'll be part of a well-resourced, experienced and cohesive litigation team which: Advises and defends clients across a variety of litigated claims encompassing commercial law, succession law, trusts and property law Works on complex cases involving statutory interpretation and constitutional issues Engages closely with experienced junior and senior counsel (both locally and interstate), plaintiff firms, and expert witnesses Advocates regularly within the District and Supreme Courts This is a unique opportunity to grow your litigation career with high-calibre work in a firm that values both excellence and empathy.
