About The Role Reporting to the Head of Credit, this role will play a crucial role in shaping a robust portfolio by conducting thorough credit analysis.
The role focuses on the health sector within the commercial space and requires a high level of attention to detail.
About You The ideal candidate will utilise their existing skills and knowledge in Commercial Banking/Finance and have the following responsibilities:
Determining the strength of credit proposals to establish creditworthiness.Preparing detailed credit papers and making recommendations on credit decisioning.Supporting our relationship executives in understanding our clients' commercial needs with respect to credit facility structuring.Ensuring adherence to credit policies and procedures and overseeing the implementation and monitoring of credit functions.Ensuring Credit Memorandums and Facility Contract documents are consistent with approved terms.Ensuring the accuracy of borrower and guarantor due diligence.Monitoring of conditions precedent, conditions subsequent and covenants.We want to hear from you if you have the following: Previous experience as a Business or Commercial Credit Analyst.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of complex business structures used in commercial lending.Good understanding of and experience with non-bank lending.Understanding of industry best practice credit risk measurement techniques.Understanding of legal contracts and security documentation.Your application will include the following questions:
