Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will act as a business partner to provide commercial and decision-making support to key areas of the business including our Roadside Delivery and Membership. Your primary focus will be to provide a high level of analytical support while being responsible for implementation and maintenance of driver costing models critical to achieve business strategy.Your key responsibilities will be to:Responsible for financial analysis to support the management of business budgets/targetsAssist in the development of commercial benchmark/KPIsProactive recommendations to business of identified business process improvementsEvaluation of capital and OPEX investment initiativesBuild capability to understand product/customer margins and business drivers by developing robust costing modelsLiaise with peers in a wide range of areas including BI, finance and operating teamsFoster a culture of collaboration and information sharing to enable healthy discussion and robust decision makingContribute to the development and management of an annual business plan for your business partner teams and regular forecastingWork collaboratively with Corporate Finance on the month end close processCommunicate monthly insights and variance analysis to budget targets to help influence outcomesManaging ongoing risk & opportunities trackingRequirements for SuccessRelevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Commerce or AccountingStrong commercial and business acumenSophisticated business modelling skill with high attention to detail3+ years' experience in an analytical role and/or in a business partnering capacityNetworking skills to develop and maintain strong internal relationshipsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in TM1, Tableau or similar tools is advantageousExperience in costing models in large service-based organisations (eg, Healthcare, Emergency Services, Telco, Subscriptions, Airlines) would be highly regardedIf you have the required skills and the passion to join our high performing team, please apply today.
