You are required to ensure that appropriate treatment is conducted in consultation with clients of the service including the development of care plans, gathering of outcome measures and participating in clinical review processes.The In reach / Outreach / Brief Intervention (IOBI) multidisciplinary team will provide brief intervention for clients accessing AOD services and will also provide in reach and outreach services. The In-Reach component will bring the team's community expertise into the hospital care setting.
