Together, we can help you find not just a job but a… Senior Client Tax Manager – Accounting Firm | North Ryde & Penrith Our client, a reputable accounting firm based in North Ryde , is seeking a Senior Manager who can take on a leadership role and serve as a "Minder" in the business.
This is more than a technical role – it's about people, process, and progress .
Qualifications: Education & Certifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience: Minimum 5–7 years' experience in public practice, with a focus on business services and tax Proven experience managing a portfolio of SME and high-net-worth clients Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax compliance, including: Income Tax GST/BAS FBT CGT Division 7A Key Duties & Responsibilities: Review and enhance internal systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, working closely with directors and senior stakeholders Manage, mentor, and consult with staff , identifying strengths, addressing weaknesses, and fostering professional growth Boost team morale and support a positive and collaborative team environment Deliver high-quality tax compliance services for a range of SME and high-net-worth clients Provide strategic tax advisory across various entity structures and industries Play a key role in strategic planning, business growth , and continuous improvement Work Location: 3 days per week onsite at the North Ryde office 2 days per week at the Penrith office This position is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, technically strong in tax, and driven by continuous improvement .
