Senior Client Services Officer

We are currently working with a successful financial planning firm recruiting a Senior Client Services Officer to work as part of an excellent team supporting the directors of the firm who have over 20 yrs experience in the industry.This role is to enhance the client relationships and ensure all support is streamlined for the firm.About the role:Calendar managementImplementation of SOA'sFull onboarding after the client meetingLiaise with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers, Brokers and other third parties to follow up transactionsEnsure platforms are up-to-date and review processes and templates within to ensure they remain relevantManaging annual reviewsPre and post client meeting administrationAbout you:5+ yrs experience in financial planning
