About the Role
Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the management of Financial Lines and complex claims with both market and client facing responsibilities.
About you
To be successful in this role, we are seeking either a qualified lawyer (minimum 2-3 years PQE desirable) or someone with considerable experience in the management of Financial Lines claims. You will be experienced in:
Management of Financial Lines Claims or litigation;
Effective communication skills with a focus on technical claims management and advocacy of complex claims, including drafting claims submissions;
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate and negotiate difficult disputes;
Developing effective working relationships and good influencing skills to work across the business;
An understanding of insurance products and markets with a particular focus on Financial Lines; and
Operational compliance in the Insurance Broking industry (highly advantageous)
