Senior Chef De Partie/Sous Chef

we are looking for a competent cook / chef with experience in fast pace Service. Breakfast / lunch menu with Ability to have input into menu changes and weekly specials.
cabinet items such as wraps / cakes / salads is preferred. Baking a big bonus !however not necessary
hours are 6.15 - 2.45
sponsor not available must have work rights. This role is not for someone with no experience or a junior. It is a 38 hour salaried week.
