Join our client's SAP Replatforming Program and play a critical role in transforming the Department's enterprise technology landscape.About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive and highly skilled Senior Change Analyst for a contract to 21/12/25 to support the successful implementation of a major SAP S/4HANA migration.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Organisational Change Manager, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact change initiatives that support a smooth and effective transition.Key Responsibilities Lead Business Change Impact Assessments and ensure change actions are accurately captured and actioned.
Develop and execute clear, targeted communications across multiple channels (emails, briefs, newsletters, face-to-face).
Create education packs and comms plans aligned with the change strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution and process impacts are well-communicated and understood.
Support release governance with all required change and communications artefacts.
Refine and maintain stakeholder lists, communication schedules, and change tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement of change and communications processes.
What You'll Bring Proven success in ICT and business process change management within large, complex service environments.
Experience developing a range of communications and change collateral, including presentations and educational content.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to manage competing priorities and work flexibly across both on-site and remote settings.
