The VACCA team is committed to the organisation's visions and values, passionately providing support, service, and advocacy for our children and other vulnerable members of the community.Our strength lies with our people.About the roleJoin a passionate team funded by the North Metro Aboriginal Transition Support Service, dedicated to empowering Aboriginal individuals and families facing or at risk of homelessness. You'll provide tailored case management in this role, including crisis support, advocacy, and connections to long-term housing, employment, and training opportunities.You'll work with a diverse client base—singles, families, Elders, young people (16-25), and those affected by family violence—offering support wherever they are, from transitional housing to informal living arrangements.If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, this role offers the chance to create lasting change.About YouProvide culturally sensitive support to Aboriginal community members, offering case management, advocacy, and assistance in accessing housing.
