This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and key decision-makers while making a tangible impact on business outcomes.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the analytics initiatives and drive strategic insights across the business. This is a critical, business-partnering role requiring strong leadership skills to manage and deliver key projects while collaborating closely with team leaders offshore and cross-functional heads onshore. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with exceptional communication skills and a start-up mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Collaboration: Partner with team leaders offshore (who manage a team of 15 people) and cross-functional heads in marketing, customer service, and sales. Take ownership of analytics projects and deliver insights that directly impact decision-making.Data Insights and Reporting: Use existing data in BigQuery and Google Sheets to create consolidated reports and articulate findings clearly. Use dashboards built by the team to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.Business Partnering: Collaborate with the head of member care, property sales, and membership sales to deliver weekly reports. Identify trends, evaluate referral rates, and dive deep into sales performance metrics.Modelling: Quickly interpret financial data and metrics. Provide answers to rapid-fire questions regarding conversions, revenue, commissions, and projections.Project Ownership: Consolidate and streamline existing reports, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to optimise analytics processes.Strategic Decision-Making: Advise the sales team on data-driven strategies. Example: "If X is implemented, it will result in Y clients" or "If Josh continues performing at his current pace, we'll gain 5 additional clients."Start-Up Agility: Navigate ambiguity and deal with vague requirements by applying creative problem-solving skills and proactively suggesting better ways to achieve goals.Ideal Candidate ProfileTechnical Expertise: Proficient in Google Sheets & reporting tools.Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical aptitude and ability to memorise, interpret, and manipulate financial models quickly and effectively.Leadership Skills: Experience driving analytics projects, mentoring team members, and potentially managing a team of 20 offshore analysts in the future.Communication: Exceptional ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights.
