We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Risk BAO Services team, you will play a key role in driving the alignment of business needs with our technology solutions.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users, regulatory policy teams, project teams, and vendors to capture, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Lead workshops to define current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes, aligning business requirements with application capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented by good listening skills Facilitate discussions on changes and risks with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
Identify and translate ambiguously defined requirements, issues, and opportunities into measurable outcomes for business and delivery teams.
Govern and execute BAU (Business As Usual) activities, ensuring they adhere to BAO service frameworks.
Partner with our business stakeholders, technology team and vendor to drive continuous improvement and support empowered, self-organizing teams.
Negotiate and manage competing priorities across multiple projects and BAU tasks.
Ensure business solutions meet compliance standards and are aligned with strategic objectives.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role We're looking for individuals who have: Proven experience in the Risk and Compliance domain is preferred.
Strong understanding of business and technology systems.
Demonstrated experience using any Compliance Management Solutions software – My Compliance Office (MCO) preferred Familiarity with Agile project management, ITIL service management, and tools like Jira/Confluence.
Experience in facilitating workshops with diverse participants, from senior management to end-users.
Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate, and other visualization tools is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling changing priorities with accountability.
Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders, managing and resolving complex issues.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
