My client, a proudly Australian-owned pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Senior Brand Manager – OTC and Retail Pharmacy to join their team during an exciting phase of transformation and expansion.

The Role:As the Senior Brand Manager – OTC and Retail Pharmacy, you will:
Develop and execute strategic brand and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.Own the annual brand planning process, including market analysis, positioning, and budgeting.Manage the product lifecycle, from launches and line extensions to end-of-life strategies.Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, targeting retail pharmacy and consumer audiences.Lead in-store initiatives such as point-of-sale materials, displays, and activations.Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.Drive digital and e-commerce strategies to enhance the brand's online presence and sales.What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will bring:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).5–7 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the OTC or FMCG sector.Proven success in launching and managing brands within the retail pharmacy channel.Strong P&L management skills, with experience allocating large marketing budgets effectively.Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinking with the ability to align brand plans with broader business goals.A proactive, data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.Location: This role offers flexibility and can be based anywhere in Australia, with a preference for major metropolitan areas on the Eastern Seaboard.
