Manage, direct, and perform data entry for freight and linehaul management to assist with weekly report generation and follow-up tasks Follow up on connote audit reports and complete relevant action Direct and engage with accounts payable and receivable administration support, while also providing support for payroll administration team Provide support to administration team for pricing constraints Provide training to administration team as required Answer incoming phone calls and assist vendors and customers with queries and bookings as required to assist customer service teams while handling the communication to customers regarding freight Skills & Experience:
Several year experience in a similar senior role with knowledge of freight processing and administration or equivalent experience. Experience in the Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain industry preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows Strong verbal and written communication, as admins often interact with various stakeholders Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations Ready to take on a new challenge?
