Role Overview As Senior Bookkeeper, you will be pivotal in maintaining the financial health of JY Australia.
Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, you will provide critical financial insights, oversee daily operations, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
With guidance from an experienced CPA and support from the operations team, you'll play an essential role in driving the company's success.
About the Person You are a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a solid background in bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities Manage cash flow, payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and BAS/IAS preparation.
Maintain Xero ledgers, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Conduct monthly reviews and deliver financial reporting to stakeholders.
Oversee GST reconciliation and payroll tax obligations.
Provide data-driven insights and support to internal stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience A recognised qualification in bookkeeping or accounting.
Proficiency in Xero and familiarity with Employment Hero Payroll (or similar).
4+ years of experience in bookkeeping or financial roles.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong analytical abilities, particularly in cash flow and overhead optimisation.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
