Admin Advantage provide a service to small and medium businesses to support them in setting up and running their own business. We offer administrative, mentorship and bookkeeping support to over 100 businesses and are growing at a fast rate.
Our bookkeeping team looks after day-to-day jobs for our clients including AP/AR, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, BAS and Superannuation.
What We're Looking For: An allrounder BAS Agent/BookkeeperStrong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practicesExperience with MYOB and XeroStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsIntermediate/Advanced use of ExcelAbility to prepare and lodge BAS (under our registered BAS Agent)Accounts Payable/Receivable experienceStrong communications skills and ability to work independentlyOpen to change and easily adaptable The Role: As a BAS Agent, you will need have a strong understanding of Australian tax laws and regulations, particularly in relation to business activity statements (BAS), payroll tax, fuel tax, and Workcover declaration.Collaborate and work with other team member instilling a culture of continual improvement. Onboarding Accounts: Conducting meetings with new Clients to onboard and help them set up their accountsPolicies & Procedures: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to create an optimal workflow Troubleshooting: Using your exceptional problem-solving skills to help the team with any issues that arise
