You will have the opportunity to work with our talented and friendly team of professionals and be part of a global team of future shapers.Join Us and Make an Impact.We are currently seeking a Senior Bid Manager with experience in BMS or Security to join our HBS team in any of our offices in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane.Reporting to the Senior Estimating Supervisor, this role will be responsible for shepherding qualified opportunities through the different internal support functions, with a goal of delivering a first-class proposal for customer presentation.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the performance, planning, resource management, and coordinating the development of solution scope, the estimate and the proposal for service/project opportunities.Manage sales costs for assigned opportunities against projected/estimated budget.Lead bid response, functional system review, competitive comparison, and review for accurate estimates and new applications of technology.Consult with Sales on pursuit strategy, analytics and models of success to maximize chances of winning.Responsible for the strategy and execution of the response plan/schedule for assigned opportunities.Key Experience & Capabilities:Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of bachelor's degree, equivalent Honeywell sales operations experience.Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Proven ability to work on multiple projects/opportunities at one time.Who We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
