We are a member of the CIMIC Group of companies.As we grow, we are hunting for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join our New Energy team.About the roleAs a Senior Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the preparation of the tender and proposal submissions for allocated projects and managing the process between opportunity pursuit and contract award.Your duties and responsibilities will include:Manage and coordinate winning strategy development for bids and offers.Develop and coordinate a Bid Team to ensure the tender and proposal is submitted on time.Review tender documentation ensuring a full and complete understanding of the technical and commercial commitment.Conduct risk assessment and management activities to evaluate all risks associated with the tender.Provide regular reports and recommendations on the progress of the tender and proposal.Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the customer and all stakeholders to ensure the tender and submission are accurate and viable.Your skills and experience:Tertiary Qualification in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Project Management, Commerce).Significant experience in bidding and business development.Extensive experience in tendering and coordinating several concurrent tenders, ideally from Renewables (BESS/Solar/Wind) and/or Utilities industries.Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
