About the Role: As a Senior Backend Developer, you'll work collaboratively to design, develop, and maintain backend application services, ensuring they align with industry standards, architectural frameworks, and strategic roadmap.
You'll lead efforts in performance testing, quality assurance, observability, and incident management while continuously optimizing processes, technologies, and documentation.
What You'll Do: Build, document, and maintain backend services and API integrations for digital products.Conduct functional and performance testing to ensure high-quality outcomes.Manage backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.Resolve production incidents and implement preventative measures.Lead code reviews, data validation, and quality control efforts.Research emerging technologies to improve processes and stay ahead of industry trends.Your Skills & Experience: Essential: Expertise in .NET, C#, Azure DevOps pipelines, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, CI/CD tools, and GitHub.Proficiency in RESTful and low/no-code API design.Experience with microservices architecture, Docker containerization, and observability tools (Azure Monitor, ELK, OpenTelemetry).Strong understanding of database architectures (SQL, NoSQL).Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Desirable: Experience in regulatory compliance.Familiarity with large process workflow and case management systems.A mix of commercial and government experience.What We're Looking For: At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Developer in medium to large organizations.A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical certifications.A proactive and collaborative team player who's eager to learn, innovate, and deliver exceptional results.To apply in strict confidence, click the apply now button.
