Manage complex commercial property law transactions including joint ventures, land sales, leases, development agreements and vendor/purchaser due diligence.
Provide general commercial and contract advice
Mentor and train junior staff
Assist with business development and marketing initiatives
At least 6 years PQE gained within a real estate practice in an international or top tier law firm
Strong drafting and negotiation skills and acute commercial acumen are considered essential
Experience working on complex property transactions
Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
Exceptional client liaison skills.
