Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage key property transactions, including residential sales, purchases, and refinancing. Drive business development initiatives to foster existing client relationships and cultivate new opportunities. Mentor and oversee junior lawyers, paralegals, and trainees, ensuring their professional growth and adherence to the firm's standards of compliance and excellence. Candidate Profile: Extensive experience in Property Law with a proven track record of managing complex transactions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop junior team members. A proactive and commercially aware mindset with the ability to drive business development efforts.
