We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow, and deliver better outcomes for members.Your New Role:Reporting to the Senior Manager - Incident Monitoring and Breach Reporting, the Senior Analyst is a key member of the Enterprise Risk team in Line two and interface with first line Risk Specialists across the Fund. You will assist the Senior Manager to provide support, coaching, challenge and oversight on Fund wide incident management and breach reporting, working closely with Group Risk colleagues.Some of your duties will include:Work with the Senior Manager and other Group Risk colleagues in providing oversight to ensure that the First Line effectively manages incidents across the Fund through feedback, coaching, training, and monitoring.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to help drive and support the Fund's approach to incident management and breach reporting.Drive investigation outcome for escalated incidents, complete assessment for escalated incidents and prepare the required information for breach reporting to the respective regulator.Generate insights, trend and thematic analysis on incidents and breaches across the Fund and provide feedback and reporting to the relevant stakeholders.Provide independent, specialist Second Line Risk oversight through monitoring and challenge of First Line incident management practices.What You'll Need:Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Law or Risk/Compliance disciplines is beneficial to be successful in this role.Over 5 years of experience in compliance, risk assurance or regulatory roles within financial services institutions or consulting firms.Demonstrated experience in regulatory incident management (investigating and assessing incidents according to ASIC's Regulatory Guide 78 and APRA's breach reporting rules), ideally within the superannuation fund sector.Strong data analytical and reporting skills to provide insights and trend analysis on incident management and breach reporting, proficiency in Power BI is a must.A solid understanding of incident management to facilitate greater collaboration between First- and Second-line teams.Good communication skills and ability to engage and influence.(Preferred) experience in dealing with APRA, ASIC, and other financial services regulators.Experience in building sound risk awareness amongst colleagues by providing ongoing support and training.Life at AustralianSuperAustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
