The Company: Federal Government body based in Sydney is seeking the expertise of a data collection & data management analyst for a 6-month contract.
You must be Sydney based (3 days per week in office) and ideally have Baseline Clearance or at a minimum, Australian Citizenship.
The Role: Administration and oversight of data collection and management ensuring data quality standards and reporting obligations are met; strong collaboration with internal and external parties; managing and optimising processes around data collection and management including sensitive data.
This role reports into the Chief Data Office.
Key areas of responsibilities: Work with internal and external parties to ensure that internal and external reporting obligations and deadlines are met.
Stakeholder & SME collaboration to determine data collection standards and processes including consideration of how changes impact data flow and distribution within the organisation.
Contribute to data collection and data quality improvements.
Develop processes to mitigate and monitor issues regarding data collection being cognizant of any regulatory or legislative protections.
Enables stakeholders have access to real-time data which meets data quality standards as established by the business.
Provide advice regarding developing end-to-end operational processes involving data being collected on time and of high quality for reporting purposes.
Required Skillset: Proven expertise in developing and optimising data collection and management processes, ideally within a Financial Services enterprise environment.
Strong ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met (including reporting).
Strong report writing and presentation skills Demonstrated success in the design, implementation and maintenance of complex operational processes.
Strong financial services experience You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role, ideally with Baseline Clearance.
