To help address this, Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ), in partnership with Hospital and Health Services (HHS), is leading the biggest hospital expansion program Queensland has ever seen.
The program includes building three new hospitals, expanding 11, upgrading rural and regional health facilities and delivering thousands of new hospital beds in the next five years.

The Senior Advisor as part of the Program Performance, Reporting & Analysis Team, provides expert statewide reporting and analysis of information for Health Capital Projects and Programs across Queensland Health.
Reporting to the Manager of Reporting and Analysis, you will be required to utilise data systems and business intelligence tools to collate, analyse and report on a range of performance indicators (financial and non-financial) to inform Executive and Senior Management decision making, and fulfil organisational reporting requirements.
You will also support the broader needs of the Department, Health Infrastructure Queensland and Hospital and Health Services through administration, management, advice, training and documentation of capital project information management and reporting systems, workflows and processes.
The successful personTo be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated ability in the utilisation of information technology systems to monitor, collect, analyse and disseminate data via practical reporting solutions.
Proficiency in data and business intelligence tools, digital platforms, applications and software such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL and Power Automate will be highly regarded.
A positive attitude and conflict resolution skills are essential to this role, as is the ability exercise initiative and achieve quality outcomes autonomously and in a team environment, prioritising workload demands to meet competing deadlines.
