CULTURE + BENEFITS Up to $85,000 + super Convenient inner-city location, close to public transport Opportunities for career advancement within the finance team Supportive and professional team environment Access to ongoing training and development programs RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE End-to-end processing of high-volume invoices across multiple business units Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and payment terms Reconcile vendor statements and promptly address discrepancies Process weekly payment runs, ensuring cash flow and payment deadlines are met Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries Manage accounts payable ledger maintenance, including vendor setup and updates Support month-end closing, including reconciliations and journal entries Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements SKILLS + EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience in a senior accounts payable role Or 6+ years experience in a high volume AP role Proven ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders Proficiency in accounting software (experience with SAP is advantageous) Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement HOW TO APPLY Apply now by clicking Apply Below or forward your CV to Katie at ****** Apply Now
