Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager or Bookkeeper to handle financial transactions for multiple clients using Xero. This flexible role is based in Mt Hawthorn in a collaborative, small-team environment with modern offices and opportunities for professional development.
What you'll be doing: General bookkeeping for multiple clients in Xero. Accounts payable and receivable. Payroll and superannuation preparation and processing. Bank and credit card reconciliations. Preparing and lodging Payroll Tax, BAS, and IAS. Monthly management accounts and cash flow reports. What you'll need: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accounts manager (minimum 5 years). Advanced proficiency in Xero and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
