Senior Accountant (Tax & Business Services)

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be working closely with the Partners and other Accountants in a part time or full time role.
Your duties will include:
Manage a portfolio of clients (SME and National sized clients)
Prepare tax returns for clients
Prepare BAS, IAS and financial statements for clients
Respond to client queries (first point of contact)
Provide business advisory and tax strategies to clients

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Public Practice experience - solid Business Services & Taxation experience (minimum 3-4 years)
SMSF experience highly regarded
CA/CPA qualified
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Be a team player
The ability to work autonomously & as part of a team with the ability to take personal ownership
The ability to develop rapport with clients and build enduring client relationships while nurturing existing ones
Experience in XERO and MYOB
