Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting)Full timeThe OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an Accountant or Senior Accountant with 3 to 6 years of experience from a professional services or public practice background. In this role, you'll support a diverse client base, including ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth families, in various aspects of accounting compliance and advisory. Working closely with senior team members, you'll be involved in complex problem-solving, and as you develop, you'll have opportunities to build direct client relationships.What You'll DoPrepare compliance documents, including tax returns, financial statements and activity statements, as well as other client administration tasks.Liaise with third parties, including the ATO and client advisors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.Complete assigned jobs within allocated deadlines and time budgets.Document advice and maintain precise records for all client matters and decisions.Collaborate on special projects and support broader client service needs across accounting, tax and family advisory.Assist with the direction and development of junior team members.About YouYou have 3 to 6 years of experience, ideally in Professional Services or Private Practice.Hold a degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce. CA or CTA qualification completed or near completion is preferred.Passionate about solving complex client challenges and providing high-quality service. A client-focused approach is essential.Solid time management skills and proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to a range of clients and stakeholders.You're diligent, personable and great at building relationships with clients.
