Senior Accountant

Our ClientThis small, well established services business requires a Senior Financial Accountant to join their Head office in Brisbane, reporting straight into the Divisional Finance Manager.The RoleReporting to the Divisional Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include:Consolidation of all end of month processing and drive month end closeGood systems / ERP knowledgePreparation and review of financial statements / liaison with the auditorsProcessing of daily bank accounts, reconciliations and transactionsPreparations of monthly journals and general ledgerAbout YouThe successful applicant will be/have:CA/CPA qualification / or studying with strong technical accounting abilitiesHands on and deadline drivenAbility to pick up processes quicklyStrong verbal and written communication skillsIn the first instance, please apply to this role ASAP.
