At Perks, we prioritise the development of each team member, offering not only collaborative tools but also a clear pathway leading to an Assistant Manager position.ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial statements, interim accounts and income tax returnsPrepare management reports, budgets, and forecastsPrepare ATO and state tax compliance reportingSupervise, support, and mentor junior team members to enable their growth and developmentCollaborate with teams across the firm to provide an integrated client serviceSkills and ExperienceWe are looking for a motivated and driven professional who can demonstrate the following:CA qualified or in progressRelevant experience in Business ServicesTechnical accounting skills and compliance knowledgeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, to engage with a wide range of clientsProven ability to mentor junior team members through effective communication and hands-on supportTeam player, with a positive attitude and good work ethicCulture and BenefitsAt Perks, we pride ourselves on our high-performance culture whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
