Senior Accountant – Business Advisory

My client is seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to become part of their expanding Business Advisory team in Brisbane.
You will be joining a high achieving team and will be working with clients across a range of industries and sizes, key responsibilities will include:   Preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, and general-purpose reports.
Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients including sole traders, SMEs, Trusts and Partnerships.
Manage tax compliance, including preparation of IAS, BAS and FBT returns Provide business advisory services to clients, including analysing financial and non-financial information to assist clients to monitor performance.
Perform general accounting duties including reconciliations and posting journals.
To be successful and considered you will have a degree in Accounting/Commerce/Business/Economics and be CPA/CA qualified (or working towards).
You will be proficient with the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience using multiple systems including Xero, MYOB or similar.
You will have 2+ years experience working in Professional Practice and have excellent time management and delegation skills.
