This is a fantastic opportunity for an independent, strategic, and collaborative Senior Account Manager to work across one of the most exciting and fastest-growing media industry sectors—launching one of the country's most notable owned media networks, CommBank Connect.
This is a newly formed role reporting to the Head of Sales.
You will be responsible for:
Maintaining strong partner relationships and capturing new business using data, insights, and measurement to tell compelling brand stories.Analysing client briefs, formulating tailored media solutions, and working closely with clients to ensure that recommendations are matched to their brand and campaign objectives.Collaborating across teams and channels, both internally and externally, to facilitate positive experiences and create more engaging media solutions for our partners.Working closely with the operations team to ensure the delivery and reporting of all partner campaigns according to contracted timelines.
Utilising internal reporting systems to track, monitor, and communicate sales results.Owning the sales cycle from planning to reporting, ensuring that all steps are executed efficiently, and promoting honest, transparent practices throughout.Who are you? Sales experience - You have a proven track record in building, implementing, and managing strategic business plans that achieve revenue goals and client satisfaction.Proven track record - You've consistently over-achieved sales targets and have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker - You're a critical thinker who can listen to client needs, solve complex problems, and present best-in-class media solutions.
You'll also utilise templates and response frameworks that align with business guidelines.People person - You are a positive communicator who always operates with honesty and transparency.Medium Rare is Australia's leading content and owned media agency.
We work with some of the country's most recognisable brands, including Coles, Bunnings, Qantas, Officeworks, CommBank and L'Oréal Australia & New Zealand, to create award-winning content and campaigns across print, out-of-home, digital and social channels.
This role is Sydney-based, working from our Pyrmont office on a hybrid arrangement (three days in the office).
