Based in UniSA Creative at the City West and Magill campuses Full-time, fixed term contract until 31 December 2025 Commencement Salary: $76,304 per annum (plus 17% superannuation) About You
You are a motivated senior administration officer with the ability to provide advice and solutions through logical, creative and innovative thinking.
You have high-level project coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to appropriately communicate and build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively, motivating others and mobilising influence.
About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader: Academic Services, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team of Academic Services Officers, liaising with key stakeholders, and consistently interpreting and applying the University's academic administration policies and procedures.
You will undertake administrative activities associated with the delivery of the Academic Unit's programs including overseeing timetabling and academic workload tasks.
Essential Skills and Experience
An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience Proven experience in a senior administrative role in a complex organisation, advising and making recommendations to senior staff Highly developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with experience liaising at all levels to deliver quality customer service Demonstrated experience in writing briefings and/or reports for a wide range of audiences Benefits
