Selections ConsultantAbout the role Reporting to the Select Studio Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of the customer selection process (interior and externals) in the Select Home Studio; in accordance with their plans and inclusions.
Key to the success in the role will be to ensure an efficient and accurate selections process that is integrated into the planning and approvals process pre-site.
Critically the Selection Consultant will guide housing customers through the process demonstrating a flair for contemporary design in line with plans, inclusions, and budgets, whilst ensuring an exceptional experience throughout.
The role is expected to maintain the selection studio to high standards in presentation and offering, and to achieving of identified performance and customer service KPI's in line with the company's vision and strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Drafting Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of architectural designs and drawings using computer aided drafting programs and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.
You will play an integral role as a key technical resource in Sales and Operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of drafting and pre-construction processes to support file flow through to site.

Reporting to the Construction Administration Manager, you will be responsible for performing administration and customer service tasks relating to post-build and maintenance for our customers. This includes the management of the maintenance, responding to all customer enquiries, issuing customers written updates on their maintenance works, liaising with suppliers and trades, and providing direct support to the Building Quality manager.
