We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Officer - Administration Support to manage our Symonston office. In this role, you will ensure that business needs are met, provide exceptional customer service, and serve as a key link between the organisation and its staff. You will also play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for guests and dignitaries, embodying our values and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Your Role Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for staff, visitors, and guests.Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation.Coordinate logistics and support for security and facilities management, acting as the point of contact for related needs.Serve as a communication hub between customers, program teams, and internal departments, ensuring clear and effective interactions.Streamline office processes to improve efficiency and support the achievement of organisational goals.Maintain a presence on-site during core business hours (Mon-Fri) to address any office or facility needs promptly.About You Proven experience in office administration or as a personal assistant, with a focus on customer service.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, guests, and stakeholders.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.A proactive problem-solver, eager to streamline processes and improve the work environment.Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.Enthusiastic about contributing to a positive, high-performing workplace and aligned with our values, ensuring NGA remains a great place to work.What we OfferWhatever your role, life stage or background, you can shape your career here in your way with highly challenging work, great colleagues and career development, plus a range of flexible benefits and working patterns.
